Though it feels like a giant motel, this behemoth serves as Kompong Thom's makeshift welcome centre and houses most people passing through town. That's because its 58 rooms that, while lacking charm, are well-appointed and come in a range of options. Rooms are clean, with fabric headboards, TV, and a Chinese-made switch panel to operate the various lights and gadgets. Some rooms have balconies while others have windows and the cheapest are the windowless rooms in the building's centre. All can be rented as either air-con or fan rooms. It's five floors, with elevator connecting them. In addition to the hotel, it has a huge restaurant, a night club, a karaoke parlour, and a conference hall.
